As a CHAS clinic, we offer this national screening programme for Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents. This is the most basic of all our health screening packages, if you would like to just do an essential screen of the body for the “3 highs” commonly seen in our population.
It includes a basic screening for the 3 most common chronic illnesses locally - diabetes (high blood sugar level), hyperlipidaemia (high cholesterol) and hypertension (high blood pressure).
It also includes stool occult blood screening, pap smear and mammogram* for applicable age groups.
*Mammogram subsidized charges not included. Contact us for more information*
Fundamental Package +
Thyroid Function Test
Vitamin B12 Levels
Vitamin D Levels
Our Enhanced package include a basic screening for lifestyle diseases, an overview of your thyroid, kidney and liver functions, as well as your blood counts, a nutrition screening of vitamins and minerals that affect bone, muscle, nerve health and our immune system, as well as a baseline ECG to look for any abnormalities.
A low ferritin or Vitamin B12 level can contribute to a common condition known as anaemia (low red cells counts). These can be corrected with the right supplements.
Vitamin D, which is most commonly obtained through absorption through the skin when exposed to sunlight, is also commonly found to be deficient in a large part of our population.
Thankfully, Vitamin D deficiency can be easily reversed through a rigorous Vitamin D replacement programme that we offer in our clinic.
